Sapling Technologies is primarily operated by David Wright. He holds a Masters and PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and is a generalist inventor. He believes strongly in a solarpunk future, where technology is working efficiently and in harmony with people and nature.

In addition to David’s leadership, Sapling is supported by a network of collaborators and contributors. These are people with deep skills who contribute when a project calls for that particular skill set.
